Here it is not just about revealing the hidden rooms and hallways of Hogwarts. Some of the doors and entrances will be definitely locked and need some brainstorming to get to open them.
After the players enter the Library Annex zone in the Central Hall, they will find a puzzle door just next to the Arithmancy classroom. There is a note beside the door which has ten animal symbols printed on the face. This note has a list of various animals with a single-digit number representing them.
Now on the other side, the door of the archway has ten different symbols too with the two puzzles in the middle that have two numbers. Here is the whole scenario:

Now to solve the puzzle and unlock the door, the players must flick various animal symbols until they combine to form the number shown in the center of the door. When all the three numbers in the triangle have to be equal to this central number.
Here the trick is just to find the animal with the right numeral value and create the number on the door. To make it clear here is an example: the first puzzle has the numbers 21 and 17. Now the player must find the animal symbols that sum up to these figures.
As you can see the first triangle shows the number 11 with a dragon symbol and a question mark next to it. Using the numbers given above the dragon comes out as 2. Thus 11+2=13. This means 8 more must be added to get the value of 21. From the list, the spider is 8. This means just flip the switch with the spider symbol on the left side of the door.
Now for the other number 17, the animal symbols are a snake and the quintaped in the triangle. Snake is 9 and the quintaped carries a value 5. Thus 9+5=14 which means you have to add 3 (runespoor symbol) to the top left corner.
After the puzzles are completed you will be able to open the door. Inside are the surprise treasures waiting for you. This means you have to make the sum of the three numbers equal to what is written on the door.
